… was a sheet of glass as the sun plied the morning skies over Annapolis this morning. The globes of distant planets were merely vacant mooring balls floating in a universe that shown neither up nor down against the paint brush clouds walking across the autumn sky. The emerging sun warms the weary and burdened and the brisk air is sharp against my cheek.
The reasons are many this is my favorite time of year and watching the world wake is worth the early alarm and zombie drive into Eastport.
