We were so fortunate to have mom come out in late March to help out with Ryder… not just for the help but also so that we could share something local that she considered to be on her bucket list…. the viewing of the National Cherry Blossoms in Bloom. It was her last day here and after a storm, so we were worried that most of the blossoms would be gone, but there were still lots of the pink flowers to enjoy in the tidal basin around the Jefferson Memorial.
