The teachers and staff at St. Margaret’s Day School have been working tirelessly through these last 6 weeks to keep the kids engaged, learning and enthusiastic with their scholastic experience despite the worldwide craziness. We feel so fortunate to have such an amazing resource right around the corner from us. As a way of thanking the staff, Kris organized a collective thank you video. The parents sent us scripted segments and I started organizing them and edited the video this past weekend. I’m really proud of the work and hope its a hit with the teachers, staff and parents of everyone involved.

Bouncy Bouncy!!
E went from screaming blob to bouncing baby in no time. Certainly taking after his big bro in not only his growth, but also his love of bouncing.
Diggerland
We once again found our way to the tractor lover’s playground. Diggerland is outside Cherry Hill NJ where there is all the heavy equipment a boy and his child can play in the dirt. This time around, Ryder was tall enough to operate some of the machinery on his own which he was over the moon about.
It’s only a short 2 hour drive away so now that we know he’s in the wheelhouse of size there and we discovered that November was a perfect time to go for lack of crowds… we will surely return.
Cocoa
Who would have thunk that I’d have to convince a 3 year old they’d like hot chocolate. But I’d did. In fact he really doesn’t like “hot chocolate”. So I changed it up for the second attempt at chocolate bliss.
This is not hot chocolate, this is COCOA!
Leaves 2017
When you have north of 100 trees on your property, leaves are inevitable. Thankfully I have a willing helper.
Class Field Trip
Now in his second year at Best Beginnings Pre School, he got to go on a class field trip to nearby Greenstreet Gardens for some fun fall activities. Unfortunately this coincides with both Kris and my busy seasons so we weren’t able to accompany him on this adventure. We’re so thankful though to have TT to lead him along the way and document all the moments we missed.
SuperMan!
It was only a matter of time until Ryder found my shop creeper… which is perfect for a fledgling superhero to practice his low flying form…
TT’s Video Journal
Along with Leslie’s newsletter, TT takes nearly as many photos and videos of Ryder as we do.
My Helper…
Helpers come in all shapes and sizes. The sooner you start them with chores, the better. If he can reach the handles, he’ll be using the push mower this summer ;).
