Lois bought her Annapolis house almost a year ago and since day one, we knew there was a basement project in her future. She has decided it’s time to sell the big house in Bethesda (which will probably also include some projects for me) and in advance of that she needs the extra space the basement would offer.
So we’ve started working through drawings and ideas and I even started the first of several prep projects. The space will include a bedroom, bathroom, a living room and lots of storage.
My first project down there was blocking off a couple of windows that would be walled in later, so it’s best to close them in now. Aside from the heavy lifting, it was a relatively easy one day project.
Here we go again… another basement.
