I don’t know who Tom is but I’m not a big fan of his river. Toms River, NJ that is. Maybe its just that not a single road goes where you think it should and you need to turn right in order to turn left and then there is the whole “Jersey Shore” thing going on, but there is a great Vocational Tech school there that has agreed to allow us to shoot some video there.
I made my first of probably 3 or 4 trips up there this summer to shoot video with one of ABYC’s adjunct technical instructors or use on our online learning program which I head up. This is a great opportunity to get some great shop time digging through topics that we’ve never been able to cover before and with the lighting and audio equipment that I’ve procured in the last couple years, it actually looks like a decent video should. Woohoo, its actually coming together!
