…doesn’t sound like all that much. But when you have a driveway that’s 60′ long and 40′ wide at its widest, that snow adds up. Ordinarily I would have been tempted to let if go and figure it’ll melt over the next few days, but when you have a Kubota in the garage with a plow attachment, a few inches is only a half hour’s worth of work!
So this morning marks my first snow plowing event at Duvall. I had to pull the mow deck off and the forks off the bucket before I could install the plow blade, but once everything was dialed in I was moving mountains of snow with no effort. With the driveway completed, the road was calling. So I went ahead and made a couple passes on the private road so all our neighbors could benefit as well. Within 45 minutes, I had cleared the driveway and a quarter mile’s worth of road, all with a warm cup of coffee in the cup holder at my side.
