Over the last few years, it has been increasingly difficult to visit Mike, Jennifer and the kids which are located in Raleigh only 5 hours away. However 5 hours might as well be half way around the planet when trying to balance busy schedules. We finally made the drive down there recently to introduce Ryder just before he was two and a half months old.
We left on a Friday and came back Sunday… and it was a perfect trip, without too much on the calendar we were able to spend time visiting and passing Ryder around to be held.
