Timberline is a 1979 Catalina 22 that we purchased while living in Colorado. It was a perfect lake boat for Blue Mesa Reservoir which is perched at nearly 8 thousand feet in elevation which is where her name comes from. She has a swing keel and rides on a trailer which made it easy to launch from the ramp and explore the nooks and crannies of that wonderful lake.
When we relocated to Annapolis, she came along for the ride and now she resides in a slip not far from our house. I have her set up to single hand (solo sail) so on free evenings I will take her out on the Magothy River and watch the sun set.
