Where is the time going? It all seems like yesterday. Even in this debacle of a year, the time ticks by while we wait in the meantime. I try to take it all in and let the moments of now sink into the memory banks. This is one of the main reasons for this site… to force myself to sit down and chronicle the time before it slips away, to make sure I metabolize what is happening now, keep the dust from forming on yesterday and to share these moments as I see them.
Both kids are growing like crazy and planning is already underway for a first birthday and christening. There are heaps of clothing that are already outgrown. Infant toys are evolving into Duplos. Ryder can read and write and he has a car fund piggy bank. No matter how we grasp on to now, time seems to accelerate as we sway in our porch swing of life and watch the sunsets from afar.
