The new basement is nearly done:
- Drywall
- Mud
- Sand
- Paint
- Door Trim
- Door Hanging 2 of 8
- Electrical (lights, receptacles, re-route misc)
- Flooring
Still need:
- Baseboards
- Remaining Doors
- Shelves in the closet
- Trim/Door Paint
I’m a week behind schedule as we needed to bring Buenaventura in for one more day to drywall the ceiling (we had originally been planning to do something else). So the clock is ticking. Our first house guest (our nephew Tom) is coming this Friday. This room is most viable option right now as the guest room is still a warehouse of boxes.
